Pancakes

Recipe in Swedish 👇

Serving: 2 persons

200 g cream cheese

6 eggs

a pinch of vanilla powder for vanilla taste (to much can give a bitter taste).

Butter, coconut oil or ghee for frying

How to..

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Heat your pan on medium heat and greace it with your choice of greace. ( if you have to high temperature the pancake will get burned).

3. Use a tablespoon for measurement. Approximately 1 tablespoon will give you one pancake 3-4 cm in diameter.

4. Wait until completely dry on top before you flip the pancake.

Serve with heavy whipped cream and homemade raspberry jam or blueberries.
